The Georgian Table

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the information you give us when you apply for a Mango Society event, including The Georgian Table on Sunday, November 15, 2026. The events are run by Mango Exotics ("Mango Exotics", "we", "us").

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email and Instagram handle
• Your car's year, make, model and color, and the photos you upload
• Whether you're bringing a passenger and how you heard about us
• Your answers to the waiver and text consent boxes
• Basic technical data from the form, such as the date and time you applied

How we use it

• To review your application and decide on approval
• To send you event details, the meeting point, route and updates
• To check you in on the day of the event
• If you opted in, to tell you about future Mango Society events and Mango Exotics offers

Text messages

If you check the text consent box, we'll text you about your application and the event. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Marketing texts are only sent if you checked the separate marketing box. Checking it is never required to apply.

Who sees your information

• The Mango Exotics team who run the event
• Deda Restaurant, our host, only for headcount and check-in (for example, names and number of guests)
• Service providers that help us run the form, texting and email, who may only use it for that purpose
• Authorities, if the law requires it

We don't sell your personal information.

Photos and video

Our crew photographs and films the drive and the brunch. Car photos you upload are used to review your application. If you'd like a specific photo of you or your car not used, email us and we'll take care of it.

How long we keep it

We keep your application for as long as we run Mango Society events, so we can invite you to future ones. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by emailing us. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

Event Terms

By applying for and attending a Mango Society event, including The Georgian Table, you agree to these terms.

Applications and approval

• Every application is reviewed. Applying does not guarantee a spot.
• Spots are limited. We decide who is approved, and we can decline or waitlist any application.
• Your spot is confirmed only when we text you. Spots aren't transferable.
• Passenger spots are limited and need our approval too.

Your car and your driving

• You must have a valid driver's license and your own current auto insurance for the car you bring.
• The drive takes place on public roads. You must follow all traffic laws at all times.
• No racing, speeding contests, burnouts, blocking lanes, or revving in residential areas.
• Follow your group's lead car and instructions from our team.
• You are solely responsible for your car, your driving, your passengers, and any tickets or damage.

Conduct

Be respectful to other guests, the Deda team and the public. Don't drive under the influence. We can remove anyone from the event, the drive or future events if they put others at risk or behave in a way we consider unsafe or disrespectful.

Assumption of risk and release

Driving and attending events involves risk. You take part voluntarily and accept those risks. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Mango Exotics, Deda Restaurant, and their owners, staff and partners from claims for injury, loss or damage connected with your participation, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photos and video

You agree that you, your passengers and your car may be photographed and filmed, and that Mango Exotics and Deda may use that content in their marketing and social media without payment.

Food, drinks and venue

Food and drinks are provided by Deda Restaurant. Tell Deda about any allergies. Follow the venue's rules and its parking directions.

Changes and cancellation

We may change the time, route or details of the event, or cancel it, for safety, weather or other reasons. We'll let approved guests know by text. Mango Society events are free to attend, so there's nothing to refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law.
